You can expect to do a final Walk Through of your new home one-week prior to your closing date. This is your chance to see your new home before you move in. During the PDI, you will be asked to identify any items or concerns and learn how to operate your new home’s systems. We recommend you allow for 2 -3 hours in your schedule and encourage you not to bring friends or children to this final step in the purchase of your new home.
